Terms and conditions
1. Scope and seller
These terms apply to all orders placed on vitakyn.com. Your contract partner is EMVEE VENTURES LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, registered in England and Wales under company number 17127346 (“we”, “us”). Email: hello@vitakyn.com.
Our offer is aimed at consumers. These terms are available in English, German and French; the contract is concluded in the language you use on the website.
2. Products
Vitakyn is a complementary feed for dogs. Please follow the feeding guide on the label and on our website, and keep fresh drinking water available for your dog at all times.
3. How the contract is formed
The presentation of our products on the website is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the final order button (“Pay now” or similar), you place a binding order. You can check and correct your entries at any time before that. We send you an email to confirm receipt of your order; this confirmation is not yet an acceptance. The contract is concluded when we send you the dispatch confirmation or deliver the goods.
We store the text of the contract. You receive the order details and these terms by email; the terms are also available on this page at any time.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices including VAT. Shipping costs are shown on the product page, in the cart and before you pay: €4.95 for 1 bottle in Europe, €9.95 to the rest of the world, free from 2 bottles. Details: Shipping policy.
5. Payment
You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment providers; the amount is charged when you place your order, or as agreed with the respective payment provider.
6. Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days; delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days in Europe and 5 to 15 working days to the rest of the world. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be due on arrival and are paid by the recipient. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we inform you immediately and refund any payment already made.
7. Subscribe & Save
- With Subscribe & Save you receive the set of 3 bottles automatically at the interval you choose, at 10% off the one-off price. The subscription is never pre-selected: you choose it actively.
- There is no minimum term. We email you 7 days before each delivery. You can reschedule, pause or cancel at any time online, without logging in, via the cancellation page, or by email.
- A cancellation applies to all deliveries not yet dispatched. Each delivery is charged when it is prepared for dispatch.
- If the price changes, we inform you by email at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before the new price applies.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and model form: Returns and right of withdrawal.
9. 60-day money-back guarantee
On your first order, we give you a 60-day money-back guarantee, in addition to your statutory rights. Terms: Guarantee.
10. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
11. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is defective, write to us at hello@vitakyn.com.
12. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under product liability law and in the case of a guarantee. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
13. Reviews
We only publish reviews from verified purchases. How we check reviews.
14. Dispute resolution
We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
15. Applicable law
The law of England and Wales applies. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside.
