Where we deliver

We deliver worldwide. Prices are shown and charged in your local currency.

Dispatch and delivery time

Every order is dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, except public holidays). Delivery then usually takes 2 to 5 working days in Europe and 5 to 15 working days to the rest of the world. As soon as your parcel leaves, you receive an email with the tracking link.

Shipping costs

• Europe: €4.95 for 1 bottle (CHF 4.95 in Switzerland)
• Rest of the world: €9.95 for 1 bottle, charged in your local currency
• 2 bottles or more: free shipping worldwide (orders from €45 / CHF 45)
• Subscribe & Save: free shipping on every delivery of the set of 3

The shipping costs are shown on the product page, in the cart and at checkout before you pay. Prices include VAT where it applies. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be due on arrival; they are set by the destination country and paid by the recipient.

Damaged or missing parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, write to us at hello@vitakyn.com with your order number. We send you a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.
